Chicken Tortilla Soup

Chicken Tortilla Soup :

2 pieces Chicken breast.
4 cups of Chicken broth.
1 can Crushed Tomatoes.
1 Onion.
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic minced.
3 tbsp Fresh Cilantro.
1 tbsp Coriander powder.
1 tbsp Cumin seed powder.
1 tbsp Salt.
1 Lemon.
Sour cream.
1 pack Mix Cheese.
1 pack Tortilla Strips.

Sauté onion until its translucent. Add minced ginger-garlic. Add coriander powder & cumin seed powder. Add chicken broth and let it come to a boil. Then add crushed tomatoes and cilantro. Add red pepper flakes and fresh lemon juice. Then add chicken breast and salt. Bring it to a boil and cover the pot. Simmer for 40-45 minutes on medium heat. Take out the chicken pieces and cut them into bite size. Add it back to the soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla strips, cheese, sour cream, avocado.
