Spicy Mexican Shrimp With Chipotle Recipe :

First make the sauce:
To a pot with water add
3 cloves garlic
1/2 small onion
3 chile arbol
3 California Chiles
and cook until chiles are soft (15 to 20 minutes) then strain into a blender and add
2 Chipotle peppers and 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
pinch of salt
1/3 cup water
Blend until smooth.

Season Shrimp with
2 teaspoons Chipotle pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried garlic
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin

Sear the shrimp on both sides then added about half of the sauce (add more or less to taste). Cooked for one more minute and serve.
