2 Tortillas,
1 Cup Shredded Red, Yellow, Green Capsicum, Cabbage, Onion
1/2 Cup Cheese,
1 Tbsp Pasta Sauce,
1 Tbsp Pizza sauce,
1 Tbsp Coriander,
Butter as required.
Salt to Taste.

Take all Vegetables in a bowl. Add Cheese, Coriander, and Salt in that and mix well. Spread Pasta Sauce and Pizza sauce on Tortillas. On that, spread the mixture and spread Cheese on top. Put another Tortilla on it and press lightly. Apply some butter on tawa and put a prepared tortilla on it. Roast Tortilla from both side. Serve the Vegetables and Cheese Quesadillas immediately, to enjoy the best flavor and texture.
