Mexican Pulled Pork In A Slow Cooker :

Ingredients :

1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 16 oz bag of frozen corn
1 jalopena pepper, seeds and ribs removed and chopped
2 chipote pepper packed in adobo sauce, chopped
2 tblsp adobo sauce
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 limes, zested and juiced
1 15oz can tomato puree
1 bottle of Negra Modelo (dark Mexican beer)

Bad Beast BBQ Mexican Seasoning :

2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground oregano
4 tsp. hungarian paprika
3 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves

Directions: Coat pork with olive oil and Mexican seasoning. Place all ingredients in crockpot and place pork butt on top of the vegetables. Cook on high for 7 hours.
